Requested content
The core focus is on written content, but an assortment of multimedia is accepted in addition to text. The name, title and company of the author and links to relevant websites should be provided during submission.

Writing: with the exception of technical documents, submitted pieces of writing shouldbe  kept to a reasonable length for the online medium. Please submit feature articles, news items, editorials, analysis and opinion pieces, trend reports, new product notifications, whitepapers and case studies. Articles should report on significant development and should be written in an accessible plain English language; formatted and divided into logical sections, and include a descriptive title of not more than six words.

Pictures: submitted pictures should not be clipart or black and white. Accepted content include photographs which aptly illustrate the written content, photographs of featured products, or relevant graphs, charts and diagrams. All pictures should be accompanied by a self-explanatory caption.

Video: contributed video files should be of a reasonable viewing quality. Vodcasts, interviews, footage providing relevant context and illustration to the written content, and product demonstrations should be accompanied by a brief description of the footage.

Editorial Policy
All submitted content is subject to an editorial review process. Usage of contributions is subject to the discretion of the editor and may be used in whole, in part or not at all during subsequent updates of the website. The online editor reserves the right to edit or modify submitted content to ensure compatibility with the format of the website and the online medium.

Authors must secure permission to reproduce images or other material obtained from other sources and provide an appropriate credit line. Previously published text will be accepted only if:

• the editors have been informed of previous publication
• the information has not been previously widely circulated to this readership
• written permission for publication is obtained (by the author) from the original source

Although exclusive submissions are strongly preferred, simultaneous submissions in noncompetitive markets will be considered on the understanding that authors inform the editors upon submission. Under no circumstances can the editors consider a manuscript that is currently in production at a competitive publication.

Technical Format
Textual contributions should be submitted via email either within the email body text, or attached in Microsoft Word (*.doc) or plain text (*.txt, *.rtf) format. Web links to press releases are also accepted. Submit images should be in high resolution JPG or PNG format, and be attached to an email.

Video files below 3MB in size should be attached and sent via email. Videos above 3MB may be submitted via direct links to the video file, or links to the video on YouTube. Links to watch the video on a web stream via websites other than YouTube will not be accepted. Dimensions of videos should not be below 320 pixels by 240 pixels. Videos may be in a multitude of formats: MPG, AVI, WMV, MOV, etc.
