Zeitlauf Gearmotors NoiselessPlus range of miniature gearheads is ideal when quite running is required. These gearboxes have a noise output of 35dB(A), achieved by enhanced gear cutting, which also provides smooth running and efficiencies of at least 90% per stage.

Additional features of the range: high radial load capacity; the output shaft is supported by a double ball bearing and the output stage gears is supported by a special cage; thanks to these elements, the units can withstand radial forces of up to 2700N.

Backlash has been reduced to just 0.2° typical and 0.5° maximum, and the rated life is of 10,000 hours, although in some applications this can be up to 40,000 hours. Available in 32, 42, 52 and 63mm versions, the gear units can be supplied also with reduction ratios up to 21:1 in a single stage.

Zeitlauf NoiselessPlus miniature gearheads are typically supplied mounted on brushless DC motors, but other options are available depending on application.
