Midwest Motion Products, new DC servo motor
The american Midwest Motion Products announce the release of a new DC Servo Motor, with Integrated Tachometer. Accepting 24 Volt DC (or greater) power source, this Servo Motor is very robust.
Easy mounting is accomplished with 4 “face mount” M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 40mm Dia. B.C. The output of this reversible Servomotor is rated for 35 IN OZ torque, at 2600 RPM, and 210 IN OZ Peak.
Despite its compact size, it’s an efficient design, requiring just 3.4 Amps at 24 Volts DC to generate its full load torque.
Options available:
- CUSTOM OUTPUT SHAFT DIAMETERS AND LENGTHS
- CUSTOM MOUNTING FLANGES
- MOTOR WINDINGS FOR 36V, 48V, 60V AND 80VDC
- TACHOMETER VOLTAGE GRADIENTS OF 1.0, 3.0, 7.0 AND 14.0 V/Krpm
- INTEGRAL ENCODERS AND BRAKES
- PRECISION PLANETARY GEARING WITH STANDARD RATIOS FROM 3:1 TO 729:1
Samples are available from stock, in limited quantities, for rapid prototyping needs.
Midwest Motion offers a variety of standard equipment including DC power supplies, DC Servomotors, Linear Actuators and a wide variety of DC geared motors. Custom Motor Shaft and mounting configurations are also available.
Typical applications include Factory Automation, Robotics & Automation including (Military) Unmanned Guided Vehicles, Semiconductor Processing Equipment, Actuators, Packaging & Labeling Machines, Woodworking & Metalworking Machines, Dynamic Displays for Tradeshows and many other applications requiring precise motion control.
