Wider product range for Varvel
Varvel continues in its product range completion with the new hollow output shaft speed reducers ‘Series RN-RO-RV’. Each size of this new series is designed with a common base body that gives rise to three different speed reducer lines by the means of the appropriate input module fitting: RN shaft mount, RO horizontal and RV vertical input bevel/helical.
Speed reducers are designed in six sizes – aluminium pressure die cast for the smallest three and grey cast iron for the bigger ones – with 30 reduction ratios in two and three stages, and output torques from 180 Nm to 3200 Nm.
Multiple foot-, flange- or torque arm mountings are available as well as hollow output shafts (keyed, shrink-disk, splined) and solid simple or double sided.
Same fixing footprint for the three versions, high flexibility, easy mounting and quick lead times are the pluses that make Varvel speed reducers RN-RO-RV a new and advanced range.
